Small double bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom, in a warm, spacious modern house just next to Grand Canal Dock business district, 4 min walk to 3Arena and 10 min walk to Aviva stadium. The room is super small, quite easily the smallest one you ever spent the night in, but has everything you need for a few nights stay. No kitchen or living room access, but you do have a fridge and a DolceGusto coffee machine (with pods provided) in your room. It's a family home, so not suitable for parties. Please respect our home as you would want us to respect yours. You will have an ensuite bedroom located on the first floor (not ground floor), the staircase is fairly steep and narrow, so not suitable for people with limited mobility. There is one more separate Airbnb ensuite room on your floor. The house is organised as an apartment building, with every room being a separate apartment accessible directly from the hallway, so you'll have full privacy. Comfortable bed with Emma Original double (135x190cm) foam mattress. Usually self-checkin. The whole house is keyless, you'll be given a code that will open both the front door and your room door. There's no curfew, but please be respectful and quiet if coming late/leaving early. There is a separate room where you can store your luggage prior checkin/after checkout, please reach our if you would like to us it. I can be as involved or not involved in your stay, as you prefer. I do live in the house, but am often away since I travel a lot.. Just off Grand Canal (Dublin Silicon docks), accross the bridge from 3Arena. There is no designated parking, but there is a free on-street parking just in front of the house, with plenty of spaces usually available, as long as you park before 5-6 pm.
